You need:

Thin cardboard or cardstock

Scissors

Glue

Tissue paper

Ornament hook or ribbon

1)  Cut two triangles out of thin cardboard or cardstock.

2)  Glue the triangles together to form a star.

3)  Cover with glue.  Crumple tissue paper and place on the star.

4)  Poke a hole with a thumbtack and hang with an ornament hook!
